During the UX redesign of the store, it came out that many users had a problem to decide which water filter will be the best for them.
To solve this problem we’ve created in collaboration with the store owner – the specialist in this field, simple 3-step calculator.
Users answer three simple questions in natural language and right away they get two products which suit their needs best.
REDESIGN
The whole store was analyzed by UX specialists with the use of dedicated tools like heat maps, session recordings, purchase funnel, UX specialist and heuristics audit, test with new users, questionnaire for returning customers and analysis of statistic data.
